Referrals – Get One Request Free!
When you refer a friend that uses our service, you receive one errand service free for each person you refer that request and has a service completed Loop Concierge.
Policy:
Our goal is to undertake your task(s) effectively and efficiently, encouraging you to use our services regularly. We do not bill in excess of actual time spent to complete your tasks.
Fee Policy
There is a minimum of an one request charge for all services completed Costs of purchases and third party fees are not included in Loop service fee. Your credit or debit card will be charge for third party and purchase cost at the time of service on behalf of the client.
Membership
You may choose what better fits your needs. If you only need a few services a year, then by the hour service request may suit you. If you are a full schedule client you will enjoy the savings of the weekly or monthly membership services.
Special Scheduling
Services required outside of regular business hours may be arranged and will be assessed a $18.00 service fee in addition to the regular fees.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled service is required. If no notice is given, the full price of service fee will apply. A $16 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within the 24 hour period prior to the scheduled service. If the service has already been completed then the request is forfeited and the fee for service is due.
Payments
All services must be paid in advance. Your credit or debit card will be billed for charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate checks (payable to Loop Concierge). All personal checks must cleared before services are rendered. Your card will be charged for the cost of all third party cost at the time of service.
Unused Request
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 45 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 60 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
Errands
The first 15 miles of travel are included in the cost. Any travel over 15 miles will be billed for an additional mileage.
Access to Property
If the task requested by the client requires access to a business or residence, arrangements must be made to allow Loop Concierge access to the property. If, for any reason, Loop cannot gain access, the full charge will be assessed to the client. Clients may choose an option of a digital key safe to arrange for service access or arranging for key pick up and drop off if the client is not available.
Privacy Statement
Loop Concierge is committed to protecting any information that we collect about you. The privacy of our clients is of utmost importance to us. The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to describe what information The Loop collects about you and how that information is used.
What information do we collect?
We collect general personal information about you when you request the service of Loop Concierge. This will include your name, address, email address, and phone numbers.
We also collect additional information which is necessary for us to provide you with the service request, for example credit card information. This information is considered sensitive to us, as we are sure it is to you as well. The reason we ask for this information is because it can help Loop Concierge in finding suitable suppliers or managing and interpreting needs and request on your behalf. This information is never shared with third parties. Your credit card will not be charged unless you authorize Loop Concierge to do so on your behalf.
Use of Information
Loop Concierge only uses your personal information for the original purposes it was given. The Loop will not disclose, use, give, or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes other than to our suppliers who need to know this information in order to fulfill our client's requests.
From time to time, we may use your contact details to send you newsletters, advise you of special offers, or to let you know about other services and products we provide. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can let us know via email or in writing to our postal address. You may opt out of this communication at any time.
